Lost Akitas reunited

When a deer leaped on to Interstate 80 in the area of Urbandale, Iowa on Monday, the resulting car-crash launched three Akitas and their kennels from the vehicle they were in. Jillian Coglan, one of the dogs owners, is a Petland employee, and the store’s owner Ron Solsrud called us the following day to issue an alert and press release about the missing dogs.

I wanted also wanted to take a couple of minutes to mention that some of the staff here (myself included) will be representing HMFMP and DOGstar at Garden City’s (MI) first ever Halloween Costume Pet Walk.
